Revise as required, (DS 2-02.2.1.A.2), 2) Revise the vehicle parking calculations shown on the site plan to be based on new floor area of 1121 square feet (DS 2-02.2.2.A.4, LUC 3.3.4), 3) The last approved site plan shows a back up spur in the parking lot west of the addition which must be maintained (DS 2-02.2.1.A.8, 9, & 11), 4) The existing and future half rights-of-way for Pima Street and the existing and future sight visibility triangles for the new ingress/egress location must be added to the site plan (DS 2-02.2.1.A.10, 19, and 21), 5) The lot area minimum (20,000 square feet) must be added to the site plan general notes (DS 2-02.2.2.A.1 & 3, LUC 3.2.9 & 3.2.11), 6) Dimension the setback to the new addition from the back of future curb along Pima Street (DS 2-02.2.1.A.7), 7) Resubmittal of these plans are not required.
