PROVIDE ACCESS TO EACH SEPARATE ATTIC AND CRAWL SPACE THAT EXCEEDS 30SF. DESIGNATE LOCATIONS ON THE DRAWINGS. OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 22" BY 30". THE ATTIC ACCESS SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF 30" OF HEADROOM, AND SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR READILY ACCESSIBLE SPACE PER R807. 2. COMPLY WITH R309.2. PROVIDE ½" GYPSUM BOARD ON ALL WALLS COMMON TO THE GARAGE AND HOUSE.
