The project appears to be in a City of Tucson flood hazard area identified as Christmas Wash. Approval from the Transportation Department's floodplain section will be required prior to any further engineering reviews. 2. Provide finish floor elevations of the buildings located adjacent to the proposed development. Provide spot elevations around the site of the new development. (2-02.2.1.16.) 3. Provide a Basis of Elevation statement based on City datum. Include the City of Tucson field book and page number. (2-02.2.1.23.) 4. Onsite refuse collection is required per Development Standard 6-01.2.2.A. Make the appropriate changes to site note #28. Modifications and appeals of this requirement should follow development standard 6-01.9. 5. Update the Legends shown to show only those items referenced in this development.
