5. A 5' masonry wall is required along portions of the east
and west property lines where the vehicle use area is
located adjacent to residentially zoned property.

6. Add a note to the plans indicating that all mechanical equipment will be screened entirely form view along the street frontage and provide screening as appropriate. LUC Table 3.7.2-I.
7. Provide the following calculations on the landscape plan:
square footage of the site, square footage of the vehicle
use area, square footage of landscaped areas and
calculation for 50% coverage of the street border.
8. Revise symbols used on the landscape plan to correspond
with the landscape materials legend. Currently the symbols
do not match.
9. Interior landscape borders are required along the east and west property lines. Where vehicle use areas are located
adjacent to the property lines an equivalent number of trees must be placed between the property line an the building or principal use. 3.7.2.4.B.3
10. A minimum of one tree is required within the vehicle use area. LUC 3.7.2.3.
