3) The panel loads for AL-3 appear to be incorrect.
E-080
1) The one-line indicates panel AL-3 is served with 4# 1/0 1#6 ground. However page #-300 indicates panel AL-3 is served with 4# 2/0, 1# 4 ground. See column E.5, 6.5 on page E-300.
2) The disconnect size shown on the one-line serving panel AL-3 is not consistent with page E-300. Column E.5, 6.5
3) The 70-amp fuse serving panel AL-3 appears to be incorrect. Phase B is loaded to approximately 85 amps.
4) Provide a grounding electrode system for the 45kVA transformer. A minimum #6 copper conductor is required. 99NEC 250-30
5) Provide the lateral size from the utility transformer to the utility pull box serving panels AH-1 and 2.
E-300
1) The transformer appears to be located in a doorway. If it is your intention to suspend the transformer provide a design and structural calculations. Column E, 6.5.
2) The panel prefix serving circuits AH-3-15,17,19-21 appears to be incorrect. The appropriate panel appears to be AL-3. In addition circuit AL-3-21 is utilized twice, once for the smoke detectors and once for general purpose receptacles. Column F.5, 6
3) Provide a disconnect for the door motor. Column F, 5.
