1) Provide a grounding electrode system for the 150kVA transformer in accordance with 99NEC 250-30.
2) 99NEC 220-35(2) requires the maximum yearly demand adjusted for power factor be multiplied by 125%. Therefore the total existing and new loads equal approximately 1,363 amps or 45% of the service capacity.
3) Provide a complete fault current analysis. Include up to and through the 150kVA transformer, to panel PP32B, to PP22D, and to the line side of the servers. Provide the server fault current withstand rating.
4) Provide the specifications for the 150kVA transformer. Include the impedance of the transformer.
E1.1SH
1) Clarify how panels PP22F and PP22E are served. Provide a complete design including panel schedules that reflect the loads as shown on the plan. Column N.7-8
2) It appears circuits PP32B-38,40,42 serving panel PP22D should be PP32B-2,4,6. Column P-6
3) It appears circuits PP22B-21,25,27,29,31,33,35 should circuit to PP22C. Column J.5-6
4) Provide a disconnect and hardwire the water heater. 99NEC 422 part C. Between Column F.4 to H-9.5
E1.2SH
1) Provide OL and SC protection for EF-4. Column G.8-6. 99NEC 430-32C, 430-52
2) Clarify the purpose of the 4th conductor in the notes 1 and 2 serving the new transformer.
3) Notes 4, 8, and 9 require a #10 copper ground. 99NEC 250-122
E-2.1SH
1) The emergency light at columns M.2-8 and E-8.3 must connect to the un-switched side of the lighting circuit serving the area. 99NEC 700-12(e)
2) The emergency light between column F.4 to E and 8.3 cannot connect to circuit 9.
3) The majority of the lighting fixtures do not appear to be identified as to their type.

E-4.1SH
1) The loads on panel PP22D-5,11,17,23 exceed 20 amps however they are connected to 20 amp circuit breakers and #12 wire. In addition the loads they serve do not appear to be on the plan.
2) Circuits PP21B-2,4,6 appear in the panel however they do not appear to be on the plan.
3) The conductor size for circuit PP32B-2,4,6 appears to be incorrect. Page EX-1.2SH depicts a #2 copper and #8 ground.
4) Circuit PP32B-13,15 is in the panel schedule however it does not appear to be on the plan.
5) Circuit PP32B-12 is in the panel schedule however it does not appear to be on the plan.
