Site Plan Comments 1. Provide sufficient elevation shots and drainage pattern information to demonstrate conveyance of rooftop and parking lot drainage into storm water harvesting areas as previously requested. 2. Show and dimension the Blacklidge Drive right-of-way. Call out and identify the street centerline. Show dimensions from the centerline to existing curb, sidewalk, etc. as previously requested. 3. (H.P.)Show and call out existing drainage patterns (including water harvesting) across the property, proposed and existing finish floor elevations and finish grades as previously requested and in accordance with the elevations described in the floodplain use permit. 4. Provide existing topographic contours at intervals not exceeding two feet and/or spot elevations as pertinent and a bench mark based on City of Tucson datum including City field book and page number as previously requested. 5. (H.P.)Show and call out all offsite to onsite flow acceptance points with corresponding Q100 flow quantities as previously requested. 6. (H.P.)Show and provide two appropriate sized openings in the new masonry wall surrounding the development per item 3 of the floodplain use permit. 7. Please provide the requested information on the site plan sheets of the submittal. Drainage Statement Comments 1. Revise the statement to specifically call out designated water harvesting areas that will accept runoff from the roof tops and parking lot areas per the special exception land use conditions. 2. (Added) Call out the floodplain use permit requirements. 3. (H.P.)Revise the statement to identify how the new perimeter wall will impact the site. Provide offsite to onsite flow acceptance points with corresponding Q100 flow quantities. 4. (H.P.)Demonstrate that a minimum of two wall openings will be needed to convey drainage thru the property per the floodplain use permit requirements. Provide the appropriate calculations to size the openings. 5. Provide a current 200-scale aerial photo-topo map showing the subject parcel, contributing drainage areas and points of concentration and other pertinent information related to the site as previously requested. 6. Please be advised that a complete revised drainage statement is required to be re-submitted which addresses all comments.
