The wall is to be built approximately 10 feet from the property line. If the wall can be placed at 21 feet from the nearest edge of travel lane a variance would not be required. If the wall is built within 21 feet from the nearest edge of travel lane an application to the Board of Adjustment for a variance and an approval of the variance request is required prior to approval of the wall permits. You may contact Craig Gross or Patricia Gehlen to see if a waiver may be requested for the wall height and location. Please draw, label, and dimension the property line from the face of curb.
