One of the specified fixtures (Bradley emergency shower) requires a minimum pressure greater than the 15 PSI used in the water pipe sizing calculations. Revise calculations and resize piping as necessary. Reference Section 608.1, UPC 1994. 3. The domestic cold water system is protected from the Industrial Cold Water (ICW) system with a reduced pressure backflow preventer. If the ICW is a non-potable system, construct and label the system in accordance with Section 603.3.11, UPC 1994. |
