Upon completion of the following revisions an over-the-counter review may be arranged to obtain stamped approval by the zoning review section without resubmitting the site plan. Please schedule an appointment for an over-the-counter review. The following items must be revised on or added to the site plan:

1) Because bicycle parking is located within the building and is not visible from the public right-of-way, project entry and directional signage must be provided to direct bicyclists to the parking area. Indicate the location of the directional signage to be provided on the site plan. Also, revise bicycle parking note (located just to the west of the building on the site) to read "see floor plan sheet A1.0" to indicate the correct sheet for reference to the bicycle parking detail.

2) Place the Board of Adjustment variance case number and the date of approval, along with a statement that it is subject to the following condition: "1) Site plan revised per DRB recommendations and submitted to the Board on April 24, 2002", in the development notes.
