Show and call out adjacent driveway openings next to this development. Provide distances from existing openings to proposed openings. 3. Move the near side sight visibility triangle west to the edge of the proposed driveway opening. 4. Relocate the southerly most refuse collection area so the refuse collection vehicle will not be backing into the crosswalk area to turn around. 5. Call out the drainage structure and wall openings at the southerly end of the PAAL. 6. The Q100 CFS of 1.22 shown at the southerly end of the development appears to be incorrect per the drainage statement. Please make the appropriate corrections. 7. Provide estimated cut and fill quantities. 8. Provide a description of the basis of elevation including the COT field book and page number. Drainage Statement Comments 1. The description of the offsite drainage on page two beginning with the fifth paragraph " The runoff from the offsite basin…" is not consistent with what is being shown on the plans or page eight of the drainage statement. 2. Describe and show all onsite drainage per section 2.3.1.3.B of the Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management. 3. On page nine please show only the equation that was used to rate the scupper. 4. The center building FFE is inconsistent with what is shown in the drainage statement. |
