1. Show the map / plat dedication for Pantano Parkway and 22nd Street.
2. Show and dimension the future sight visibility triangles for all existing driveway openings around the development. Pedestrian SVT's may be used since 22nd has a median island.
3. Show the future curb line along Pantano Parkway and 22nd Street. Provide dimensions from the curbing to property line, street centerline, etc.
4. Show and describe / dimension the storm sewers along Pantano Parkway and 22nd Street.
5. Dimension all existing driveway openings.
6. Show and describe all existing easements of record.
7. Provide the dedication information for the one-foot no access easement.
8. All fonts and nomenclature are to be 12 pt. minimum.
9. Update the legends on the site plan to show only those items represented on the plan.
10. The refuse collection area as currently located is not acceptable for access. Relocate the collection area to provide a maximum backing distance of forty feet per the standards.
11. Site note #2 referencing the dumpster enclosure is inconsistent with the standards. Bollard protection is required on all interior sides per the standards. Please amend or remove this note.
12. Provide a note stating the refuse collection area will be constructed per Development Standard 6-01, at a minimum.
13. The plan is showing a 75' property line dimension inside a 100' right-of-way dimension at the northeast corner of the development, please clarify.
14. Provide offsite flow directions around the development to appropriate concentration points per the revised drainage statement.
