It appears that existing runoff patterns are to the northwest and that the proposed roof drainage storm drain (diversion) to the south, into the public storm drain facilities represents a new contributing drainage area to this system. Such alteration of drainage patterns would require a detailed drainage study of the existing facilities' conveyance capacity and analysis of the increased runoff being discharged into this system, at a minimum. The report should include all the necessary plan numbers with details and elevations provided, and must also demonstrate that no adverse impact would occur to adjacent, upstream and/or downstream properties. Existing drainage patterns should be maintained for the entire site, if possible (directing this runoff to landscaped areas may provide an alternative with water harvesting benefits) Revise the project # to the current number assigned.
