Please address the following comments. 1. Provide details of all the catch basins and grates being used, specifically construction keynotes # 23b, 24a, 24b and 25. 2. It appears keynote #3 being shown along the north boundary referencing the 12" pipe should read keynote #33. 3. Should the second catch basin south of South Rubio, invert 92.35, be referencing keynote 24a instead of 24b? 4. Call out if South Rubio will be closed off at the north property line. 5. It appears keynote #13 shown just south of the retention catch basin is incorrectly referencing rip-rap at a sidewalk scupper. 6. All the harvesting areas as shown on the site plan should not have drainage piping attached as this defeats the purpose of water harvesting. Make the appropriate corrections to the harvesting areas per site plan comment #9. Correct construction keynote #28 accordingly. 7. Indicate piping to the catch basin or "other areas as shown on the plans" in typical detail #9, the roof downspout. 8. Back of sidewalk curbing should be shown in typical detail #6, access ramp as appropriate to each ramp. 9. Item #1 under the grading notes should call out the International Building Codes (IBC), Chapter 36. 10. Provide an administrative address for the site. 11. Provide appropriate sheet numbers.
