COMMENTS: The Grading Plan has been reviewed and is not acceptable. Please address the following
comments on the plan for review and approval.

1. Provide a general note stating the development shall meet the engineered grading requirements per chapter 36 of the 2000 IBC because cut / fill is greater than 5000 cu. yds.
2. Locate detail E / 1 on the plans.
3. Provide a two-foot horizontal barrier around the basin top edge per chapter 14 of the 2000 IBC.
4. Call out the size of the drain holes located along the south property line.
5. Per the approved plat show the 100-yr floodplain limits along Dos Hombres and Desert Arbors. Include the associated 100-yr. water surface elevations.
6. Curbing, sidewalk and an appropriate sized scupper is required on the south side of Desert Arbors at the northwesterly property corner extending from the existing curbing moving west to the end of the property. Please provide appropriate details and make the appropriate corrections to the plans.
7. Call out the required curbing, sidewalk and scupper in detail J /2.
8. Submit a copy of the approved tentative plat ( showing the proper stamps ) with the re-submittal.
