At the time of review, the approval for the differential grading required has not been determined. Therefore comments on the grading differential at the northwest portion of the site are pending. 7. Per D.S. 2-08.3.1 all drainage flowing across all pedestrian circulation paths shall be conveyed under the path for up to ten (10) year frequency flood events. |
