2) Add a note to the plan to read "Provide work clearance in accordance with 99NEC 110-26 for all electrical panels, disconnects and equipment.
E01
1) The conduit described in keynote 7 requires seals at both ends. Reference 99 NEC 514-7 and 8
2) It appears the S3 type fixtures under the parking canopy do not conform to the light ordinance.
E02
1) Provide fixture cuts for the W2 fixtures. Please note: no light flux may be emitted above the horizontal plane.
2) Circuit B-11 appears overloaded and the load in the panel is incorrect.
E03
1) It appears the "Repair Shop" can be used to service self propelled vehicles that utilize flammable fuels. The entire first floor of the "Shop Warehouse" is considered to be a Class I Division 2 area. Reference 99NEC 511.
3) In addition the unleaded fuel dispenser is within 20 feet of the doorway and the propane dispenser is within 15 feet of the doorway, thus the entire first floor of the building must be considered to be a Class 1 Division 2 area. Reference 99NEC table 514-2, NFPA 58.3-7.2.2, and NFPA table 3-7.2.2.
3) Electrical equipment cannot be installed within 15 feet of the propane dispenser as this is considered to be a Class 1 Division 2 area. The Evaporative cooler falls within the 15' radius.
4) Welding cannot occur within the "Shop/Warehouse" building. Reference 99NEC 511-7(a), keynote 30 and circuit C-10,12. Clarify the purpose of the future receptacles with 1" conduits back to panel that are served by circuits B-18,20 and B-22,24.
5) The sump pump pit is a Class 1 Division 1 area. Reference 99NEC 511-3(b)
6) Any underground conduits in the shop/warehouse must be sealed at both ends. Reference 99NEC 511-4 and 5.

7) Panel A is show in 2 locations. On E02 and E03 panel A is in the telephone room. On E03 it is also under the stairwell. Perhaps it is panel A1. If the panel is actually A1 and it is the intent to install it under the stairwell there must be a minimum of 6'6" of headroom. Clarify this on the plan. Reference NEC 110-26(e).
8) Clarify the purpose of the future 2 pole receptacles served by the 1" conduits from panel B circuits 18,20 and 22,24.
9) All 115volt receptacles in the repair area must be GFCI protected. Reference 99NEC 511-10
10) Provide disconnect, OL, SC protection for the infrared heaters, typical of 6.
11) Provide a disconnect for WH1 and 2 circuits A1-7,9 and C-14,16. Reference 99NEC 422 part C.
12) Provide a 120 volt 15 amp circuit for the cooler pumps.
13) Provide the wire size for circuits C-2,4,6 and C-13,15,17. The overcurrent device is rated 35 amps.
14) Keynote 15 requires seals at both ends.
15) It appears the Dumb Waiter circuits should be A-36, 38 not A-38, 40 as shown.
16) Provide conductor sizes for AC1 and AC2.
E04
1) The service load is incorrect.
2) Remove the ground from the service lateral. Reference 99 NEC 250-30(a)(1)ex1, 250-32(b) (in principle), 310-4 and 347-4 ex 2.
3) The service lateral conduit is too small.
4) Provide a 3/0 grounding electrode. Reference 250-66.
5) Though there is no discernable impact to this design the 50' length of the service lateral appears excessive. The maximum length appears to be 15' to 18'. In addition I3 should be I4 and I4 should be I3.
E06
1) Provide the location of the wireway on page E03 for schematic G. In addition provide seals on both ends of the conduits leaving the wireway and terminating on the field equipment.
2) Detail 1 calls for 1/8" conduit.

A possible resolution to comments E03 1 through 6 above would be to move both the tanks farther away from the building. In addition you would have to provide a minimum of 4 air changes per hour for the Shop/Warehouse building. The exhaust air would have to be taken at or near the floor and the make up air should be provided up high within the building. The controls must be designed to operate anytime the building is occupied and anytime a vehicle is inside ((e.g.) when a vehicle is left inside overnight).
