04/26/2001 STEVE TINEO SANITATION REVIEW Denied THe proposed dumpster does not appear to be accessible. Please include the required turning movements into and out of the dumpster in accordance to DS 6-01.
04/26/2001 STEVE TINEO ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied The plan must include the standard verbage for detention/retention maintenance.

The proposed retention areas must be located outside of existing and future right-of-way.

The plan should indicate scuppers for flows entering the proposed retention areas.

The plan should idicate the east side retention area, as descrided in the drainage report.

The plan should indicate loading zone access.

Please note that a right-of-way permit is required for the proposed outlet structure into the Greyhound Wash; please see COT Floodplain for requirements.
04/26/2001 ESTEVAN TINEO FLOODPLAIN REVIEW Denied The report shows an increase in the post development floodplain; the development must not icrease the floodplain more than one tenth of a foot.

Since the project is impacted by a regulatory floodplain, a floodplain use permit must be obtained; please see DOT-Floodplain for floodplain use permit requirements.

A step back water analysis should be provided in order to account for the existing culvert backwater. This analysis is needed in order to determine encroachment impacts to the existing floodplain.

The report must provide calculations for all scuppers; this includes structures conveying flow into the proposed retention basin.

Note, the proposed retention basins must be located outside of existing and future right-of-way.

A copy of my previous comments should have been provided for this review.
