3. A 10' wide interior landscape border is required on the west side(s) of the property. The interior landscape border must contain the following:
a. One 15 gal. tree must be provided within the border for every 33' of property line.
b. Dust control at a 2" depth.

The 10' width may be altered if a PAAL or parking area
conflicts with the border, provided the required number of trees
are distributed evenly between the principal use and the property
line. A min. area of 34 S.F. with a minimum width of 4' is
provided for each tree. The tree requirement must be satisfied in
addition to trees required for vehicle use areas and street borders.
Please provide calculations for required trees.

1. If protected native plants do not exist on the site or will not be substantially impacted by development, please submit an application for an exception to the Native Plant Preservation requirements.
a. If protected native plants exist on site but will not be impacted by development, please locate and identify the protected plants on the site, landscape and grading plans. Plants should be identified as to their genus, species and size and notes must be added stating that these plants will be preserved in place and fenced for protection prior to any land disturbance activity.

d. Combined Methodologies - Submit all requirements for this method as stated in the LUC Sec 3.8.6.5 and the related DS Sections.
