Main Avenue T00CM04582 The site plan for the subject development, received on March 8, 2001, has been reviewed by the Engineering Section and is not acceptable for approval. The following comments are offered: 1. The limits of the 100-year floodplain and water surface elevations for the regulatory flow in Second Street, as identified in the drainage statement for this project should be shown on the site plan. Contrary to the statement in the response letter to previous review comments submitted by the consultant, this comment is still applicable. (Dev. Std. 2-02.2.1.A.15) 2. The site plan cannot be approved until the issue of acceptable maneuvering access for solid waste collection in accordance with Development Standard 6-01 is resolved. (Dev. Std. 2-02.2.1.A.32) 3. The consultant and developer should be aware that a grading plan is required for review and approval prior to issuance of a grading permit for this development.
