1) Please clarify if the listing of the 100 amp panel will allow the installation of a 100 amp subfeed breaker. My experience has been that the largest size subfeed breaker allowed by the manufacturer is significantly smaller than the main. See 99NEC 110-3(b) requiring conformance with the listing and labeling of electrical equipment. New Comment: Not Addressed
2) The conduit depths depicted on the plan are incorrect. New Comment: Clarify the underground conduit detail. The electric utility provides a CIC, the remainder of the conduits serving the equipment are run exposed up the side of the building (not underground), the oneline still indicates a 1.25" RGS conduit serving the Power cabinet (which does not match the remainder of the plan), and the number of conduits depicted underground appears incorrect.
3) Plan sheets C-1 and C-2 indicate a 2.5" PVC conduit as the feeder to the power cabinet, page E-1 indicates a 1.25" RGS. In addition if PVC is utilized it must be schedule 80. I would also recommend that the PVC be painted with a latex paint to preclude the UV degradation of the conduit. New Comment: See new comment #2 above.
4) The services must be grouped together or provide justification for the 2nd service through 99NEC 230-2. Please note if the NEC will allow for the 2nd service provide placards and a common grounding electrode system. See 99NEC 230-2(e) and 250-58. New Comment: Not addressed.
