In comparing both site plans for consistency it is apparent that the calculations provided on the parking lot expansion do not match the previous approved site plan. The previous approved site plan has more detailed calculations that must be shown on the new site plan. Please review and revise the site plan as required.

A. Provide the square footage of all existing buildings on this site. See previous plan for reference.
B. The bicycle parking spaces must be based on the provided motor vehicle parking spaces. Please indicate the number of existing number of bicycle parking spaces and the number of proposed spaces. Compare with previous plan. Please provide the correct calculation for the bicycle parking based on the use, i.e. Office and Medical Major. A fully dimensioned bicycle parking facility detail drawing for the class I and class II must be shown on the plan.
C. The last approved site plan states in the calculations that four loading spaces area required and four have been provided. The new site plan states that five are required and five are provided. Based on the total square footage of the buildings a maximum of four loading spaces is required. Revise as Required. If a fifth loading space is to be provided show the loading space location and size on the plan.

2. Although it is obvious that the travel lanes for the new parking area are one way travel only, please show and arrow and add a note stating "One-Way"

3. Please provide a percent expansion calculation for the parking lot.
