The mitigation plan submitted did not meet minimum standards. Existing site conditions that have prevailed for over 25-years and personal knowledge of the reviewing engineer allowed for the approval of the mitigation plan. All future mitigation plans must meet the minimum standards prescribed in Section 29-16 (Development Requirements for Resource Areas) of the Wash Amenities, Safety, and Habitat Ordinance prior to approve by the Engineering Section.

Please address the following in a drainage statement addendum:

1. The Engineering Section has determined the 100-year flow rate at Rose Hill Wash and 22nd Street is greater than 300 cfs. Provide a hydrologic data sheet that supports or demonstrates the given Q100 is correct. Additionally, any changes to the Q100 will require re-delineation of the 100-year floodplain.
