E2 1) Provide a revision (3) Delta, a revision 3 cloud, and a corresponding revision date in the title block corresponding with all the changes pertaining to this submittal. There was a Delta (2) revision dated 3/23/2000 based upon consultation with your staff. 2) Change the 3 pole 150 amp shunt trip circuit breakers and the 150 amp fuses ahead of the circuit breakers per the Delta (2) revision outlined above. Typical of 2 places. 3) Clarify the purpose of the additional disconnect located on the east wall of the elevator machine room. 4) Add note "Refer to sheet E-4.1 for the proper conduit to equipment routing order". It is unclear on the revised sheet how the conduit should be run. 5) Extend the Note arrow from the note describing the Supervisory Panel. |
