A separate floodplain use permit must be obtained prior to grading plan approval. 2. The two 7-foot drainage outlets from the turnaround at Bronte Place, sheet GR-4, should be protected with grouted rip-rap to the top of the channel bank similar to the two cul-de-sac drainage outlets. 3. Section A-A on sheet GR-6 shows the key-in along the south bank of the channel as being constructed outside of this subdivision on the adjacent property to the south. Consultant should provide notarized written permission from the adjacent property owner for construction of improvements on that property. Alternatively, the channel cross section should be corrected to show all improvements within the subdivision boundary per U.B.C. Chapter 33 requirements. 4. All redlines should be returned with the next plan submittal. |
