01/27/2005 Doug Williams ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied Previous comments have not been adequately addressed. Submit one copy of the approved Master Drainage Report (referenced in the present submittal), with all grading revisions proposed clearly outlined in a revised drainage report and on revised grading plans. The report submitted must conform to drainage report content and format requirements outlined in the City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management, Development Standard 10-02.0, Section 2.3. The submittal must clearly conform to the Master Report, with all necessary supporting calculations and exhibits contained within. This submittal should "stand alone" and must discuss/contain all of the information necessary to determine whether these proposed revisions are in conformance with the approved Master report. It must be clear that all proposed elevations depicted on the grading plans comply with the proposed design within the report. Proposed grading and details - including grading limits - are not clear on the documents provided and must be revised to clearly show all limits of grading with all existing and proposed elevations. Please refer to Development Standard 11-01.0 for Excavation and Grading requirements.

Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP's) with text - including a complete copy of the Arizona Construction General Permit, signed/completed NOI's, all operator's and contractor's certifications/signatures, BMP's and/or other details - must be included with a resubmittal. A meeting is again encouraged at this time to discuss this project if there are any questions.

Resubmittal shall include three (3) sets of revised grading and drainage plans, three (3) sets of SWPPP's with text, two (2) revised drainage reports, and one (1) copy of the approved Master Drainage Report, at a minimum.

A floodplain Use Permit may be required prior to, or in conjunction with, grading permit approval/issuance (the report must address or specify this reuirement).
