06/10/2003 | DOUG WILLIAMS | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | The previous comment dated February 12, 2003 has not been addressed. Submit a copy of the approved drainage report with all grading revisions proposed clearly outlined in a revised drainage report, or a copy of the approved report with an addendum demonstrating conformance to the original report/plan with all necessary supporting calculations. The revised report should be bound and must meet all of the minimum requirements outlined in the City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management, Section 2.3.1 (Development Standard 10-02.0). Cover sheets of subsequent submittals to the Master Report do not provide any information about revisions, and are not acceptable as references. This submittal should "stand alone" and must discuss or contain all of the information necessary to determine whether these proposed revisions are in conformance with the approved Master Report. It must be clear that the proposed elevations comply with the approved design. A meeting is encouraged at this time if there are questions. I can be reached at (520) 791-5550 Extension 1189 or DWillia1@ci.tucson.az.us |
06/10/2003 | DOUG WILLIAMS | NPDES | REVIEW | Denied | Effective March 28, 2003 all construction sites with disturbed areas of one acre or greater require compliance with Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) requirements. Please note that SWPPP controls should be modified as necessary to fit changing conditions on the construction site.
