Please show the revised PAD block/circulation layout on the appropriate sheets. Please rename “Street J” to Via Rio Pico. 2. The revised land use map shows the El Paso Gasline Park extending north of Via Rio Pico. Please show the required park, with the appropriate path, landscape, seating, and seeding. 3. Please locate an enhanced pedestrian/bicycle crossing at Via Rio Pico along the El Paso Gaseline Park and at the intersection of the minor collector that stems from the village commercial area. This can be accomplished with paving and/or coloring. 4. The submitted plans show landscape up to and in the Via Rio Pico ROW. To review the proposed landscape along Via Rio Pico, which is defined as a secondary streetscape, the drawings need to be to scale. In addition, the vegetation along this street need to conform to the Secondary Streetscapes section (II.D.4). Please show these requirements. 5. The location of common area along this portion of Via Rio Pico provides opportunity to have passive recreation amenities including, but not limited to shaded sitting and resting areas along the sidewalk and bike lane. Please provide at minimum, enhanced shaded sitting and resting areas along this portion of Via Rio Pico. The passive recreation amenity needs to be integrated with the required vegetation along the secondary streetscape. 6. Please show the proper cross-section for Via Rio Pico (Exhibit II.B.1 Industrial Collector Road). Via Rio Pico must have left turn lanes at all local streets and project driveways/ entries. (II.B.c). This includes the minor collector street that stems from the village commercial area. 7. Show and label the boundaries of the appropriate Approach Departure Corridor (ADC) for Davis Monthan Air Force Base on the development plan.
