Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.” A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site. 2-07.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 2-07.5.1 General 1. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.E.1 – The title block talks about 5 lots, the “KEYMAP” on sheet 1 only shows 4 lots, sheet 4 calls out lot 4 as the proposed street and DP22-0248 calls the street a “FUTURE PUBLIC R/W”. If the proposed street is to be a public right-of-way it should not be called out as a lot on the final plat. Clarify what you are proposing. 2. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.E.3 – The reference to “’RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 12 OF BLOCK 4 OF SPEEDWAY VIEW ADDITION RECORED IN BOOK 3 OF MAPS AND PLATS 107” does not appear to be correct as the most recent plat recorded under Seq # 20193080883 shows the main parcel as lot 2. 3. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H – Provide the subdivision case number, S22-061, adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 2-07.5.2 General Notes The plat must include the following general notes. Additional notes specific to each project are required when pertinent. Fill in the blanks with the project-specific information. 4. COMMENT: 2-07.5.2.A – The acreage listed under General note 1 is not readable. 2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal. 5. COMMENT: 2-07.5.3.D - The City Clerks name provided in the approval block is not correct. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please contact Nicholas Ross at Nocholas.Ross@tucsonaz.gov. | 10/19/2022 | SBLOOD1 | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | 1. Title block description of the final plat doesn't look to be right. 2. The city clerk needs to be corrected. 3.
