08/12/2022 STEVE SHIELDS ZONING REVIEW Approved Per Nick Ross we can look at the new land division as a lot split because the previous division was a 1.25' strip meant for an easement.

Per Loren Makus Arizona Department of Real Estate exempts this kind of land transfer from the subdivision process.
