2-07.1.0 APPLICABILITY
Final plats, block plats, minor subdivisions, and condominium plats shall be prepared according to the requirements provided below. Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.”
A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site.
2-07.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
2-07.5.1 General
1. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.A.2 – Show the section corners for sections 14 & 13 that should be located along Congress St.

2. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.A.3 – Label all subdivisions within the location map.

3. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.E.2 – Provide a legal description by section, township, and range within the title block

4. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.E.3 – As this a resubdivision of a previously recorded plat, indicate the title and the book and page/sequence number reference of the existing subdivision within the title block

5. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H – Provide the subdivision case number, S22-043, in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block on all sheets.

2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs
The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal.
6. COMMENT: 2-07.5.3.D - Fill in name of current City Clerk’s name in the Approval Block

7. COMMENT: Remove all development from the final plat.
