1. COMMENT: 2-08.3.7 – Provide Metes and Bounds legal descriptions for both proposed parcels with the next submittal.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.C – Show the entire parcel for both parcels and provide lots with distance and bearings labeled.

3. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide the land area of each proposed lot in square feet or acreage.

4. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements found at UDC Article 6.4.3. and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf, for Lot B, on the plan.
