Also clearly demonstrate that a vehicle will be able to turn around of site with out backing out onto Park Ave when leave the site.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements found at UDC Article 6.4.3. and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf , for Lot B, on the plan.
