06/28/2022 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Tucson Water has approved this land split but will require a water main extension to provide water service to parcel B. Show the easement for the water main extension. [Initial comment: For the purposes of having a water meter, a parcel is required to have a minimum width of 15-feet of frontage on a water main. An easement is not considered to be frontage. Show how parcel B will be provided with a water meter. Reference: Tucson Water Remote Meter Policy, Number IV-B.08, dated 07/14/2009.]
