TRANSMITTAL DATE: July 20, 2022

SECTION 2-08.0.0: LAND SPLIT

2-08.2.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
1. This comment stands, any division of this property will require a plat. COMMENT: 2-08.2.0 – The proposed land split exceeds the number of allowed splits for a parcel that was created via a final plat. Per UDC Article 11.4.20 definition of a Subdivision, C. Any property whose boundaries are fixed by a recorded plat, which is divided into more than two parts. To divide this parcel into two will require a block plat. The land split as depicted on the plans and legal descriptions show the creation of 3 parcel which exceeds the allowed 2 as stated above. A Minor Subdivision, meeting the requirements of AM 2-07, will be required to create the proposed three (3) parcels.

Lot spilt was changed from 3 parcel to 2 parcel but I do not see any survey information or map configuration to identify new lots and property lines.

Tucson Water unable to approve until we receive more information. Checked all 5 documents in this email along with document online and it still shows 3 parcels.

Thank you,
