COMMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H - The subdivision case number, S22-014, assigned to this plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block on all sheets. 2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal. 2. COMMMENT: 2-07.5.3.D.
