2-07.1.0 APPLICABILITY
Final plats, block plats, minor subdivisions, and condominium plats shall be prepared according to the requirements provided below. Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.”
A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site.
2-07.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
2-07.5.1 General
1. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.A.3 – Label all subdivisions within the Location Map.

2. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H - The subdivision case number, S22-013 , assigned to this plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block on all sheets.

3. COMMENT: 2-07.5.2 General Notes – Review this section and provide only the required notes on the plat. Review such notes as dimensional standards, etc/
2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs
The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal.
4. COMMENT: 2-07.5.3.D. Provide the City Clerk’s name with the Approval Block
2-07.5.6 Protective Covenants
Protective covenants or Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) establishing responsibility for construction, maintenance, and ownership of any proposed common area, open space, private street, or similar joint use, when needed, will:

Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed the plans submitted on March 24th, 2022, and has no objections.

Please note that TEP is awaiting customer approval of the Preliminary Construction Design submitted to Bowman Engineering on May 24th, 2022. Customer approval and a copy of the Approved Plat are required for TEP to prepare a final Construction Drawing. Easements are required for TEP facilities if not appropriately recorded on the final subdivision plat. They will need to be obtained by separate instrument.
