01. COMMENT: This parcel is not eligible for a Land Split; however, land division can be accomplished through a Minor Subdivision (UDC 8.4.3) or a Block Plat (UDC 8.4.1). For a parcel to be eligible for a land split, the parcel can only be split once before, if previously platted (UDC 11.4.13). A pre-submittal application is required to establish which one (1) of the two (2) processes - Minor Subdivision or Block Plat - is appropriate for your site (UDC 3.2.1).

02. COMMENT: A pre-submittal meeting provides you with the opportunity to meet with City staff to receive preliminary comments about your proposal.
