Fees Due: $99.00 ONLINE PAYMENTS https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/fees If amount doesn't match "Fees Due", check back in a few hours after it is updated. 1- Click on: Pay Planning & Permit Fees 2- Enter your Permit Nbr, example: S21-000 (not case-sensitive but a hyphen/dash is needed) 3- Business/Individual Name: Leave blank 4- Click Continue 5-Under the Pay column, check the boxes you want to pay 6- Click Continue YOUR NEXT STEPS 1. Contact the Pima County Recorder's Office: (520) 724-4350 Request the recording of the final approved documents (see attached), all in one recording or separated as Lot 1 and Lot 2. If applicable, you may also record the Survey and a Deed with them. (Survey and Deed recording are not required by the City of Tucson, but are optional.) The Recorder's Office will charge a fee. 2. Contact Pima County Addressing: (520) 724-9512 Request new address information for each lot. Ask for an invoice or email from them showing the final approved addresses (even if address remains unchanged). The Addressing Office will charge a fee. 3. Email the following documents to us at COTDSDPermits@TucsonAz.gov (Disregard the automatic response that will be sent back to you) Enter "S21-092 Land Split " in the email's Subject line. Attach these as separate PDFs: A. Recorded Legal Description packet(s), all pages (from Recorder's Office) B.
