1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide a lot coverage calculation for Parcel 1 that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Requirements for a Residential Plot Plan which can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.

2. Provide a wall height for the southern most wall of the existing structure so that perimeter yard setback requirements can be verified.
