Contact the Pima County Recorder's Office: (520) 724-4350 Request the recording of the final approved Legal Descriptions. If applicable, you may also record the Survey and a Deed with them. (Survey and Deed recording are not required by the City of Tucson, but are optional.) The Recorder's Office will charge a fee. 2. Contact Pima County Addressing: (520) 724-9512 Request new address information for each lot. Ask for an invoice or email from them showing the final approved addresses (even if address remains unchanged). The Addressing Office will charge a fee. 3.
