Request the recording of the final approved Legal Descriptions. If applicable, you may also record the Survey and a Deed with them. (Survey and Deed recording are not required by the City of Tucson, but are optional.) The Recorder's Office will charge a fee.
2. Contact Pima County Addressing:

Request new address information for each lot. Ask for an invoice or email from them showing the final approved addresses (even if address remains unchanged). The Addressing Office will charge a fee.
