2-07.1.0 APPLICABILITY
Final plats, block plats, minor subdivisions, and condominium plats shall be prepared according to the requirements provided below. Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.”
A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S21-076 / Final Plat - La Estancia de Tucson, Phase 2, Parcel 7, Lots 1 thru 107, and Common Areas A-7, B-7, C-7, D-7 (landscape, open
space, drainage, easement); 1st Submittal, a development package application for a final plat of
a 18.366 acre site, located southeast of the intersection of South Wilmot Road and East Camino
Boledoras. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 7 (PAD-7) and this project
proposes to plat existing parcels of land for a new single family residential development.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 1st submittal of this project and has no
additional comments to provide.

The customer is responsible for compliance with City Ordinances. Please note jurisdictional permit for any work on a public road right of way is required. Easements are required for TEP facilities if not appropriately recorded on the final subdivision plat. They will need to be obtained by separate instrument.
