Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.” A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site. 2-07.4.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 2-07.4.3 – Provide a two-inch margin on the left side of the plat to comply with standardization requirements of state law for recorded plats 2-07.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 2-07.5.1 General 2-07.5.1.A.2 - Label the section corners on the location map. 2-07.5.1.A.3 – Label all subdivisions on the location map. 2-07.5.1.A.4. The blanks will be completed by the Pima County Recorder’s Office at the time of recordation. 2-07.5.1.E. Provide a title block in the lower right corner of each sheet with the following information: 2-07.5.1.E.1- Provide the number of proposed lots within the title block. As you are creating a total of 4 lots it should read “LOTS 1-4”. Provide a lot number for the proposed large lot. 2-07.5.1.H - The subdivision case number, S20-72, assigned to this plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block on all sheets. 2-07.5.2 General Notes The plat must include the following general notes. Additional notes specific to each project are required when pertinent. Fill in the blanks with the project-specific information. 2-07.5.2.B - “The total number of lots is 4.” 2-07.5.2.C - “Total miles of new private streets are ____.” 2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal. 2-07.5.3.D. Provide the Approval and Recording Data Blocks as shown in AM 2-07.
