Tucson Water does not approve of the split.

Parcel B will have no property frontage to a water main. 15' of real property frontage to a water main is required for service.

A reconfiguration so 15' or real property meets the water main on Parcel A, or a 15' Public Utility Easement will need to be granted across Parcel A for a public water main to be brought to Parcel B from the water main that is in the abandoned Lee St. on Parcel A so service can be established.
