COMMENT: 2-08.2.0 – The proposed land split exceeds the number of allowed splits for a property whose boundaries are not fixed by a recorded plat which is divided into four or more lots , tracts, or parcels of land, see UDC Article 11.4.20 definition of a Subdivision, A. There are at least 10 parcels created from the original parcel. A minor subdivision is required.
