Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed and has no objection to the plat for Black Hawk subdivision.

Costs for the removal or relocation of existing TEP facilities will be billable to the developer. A Preliminary electrical design is in process. A Construction drawing will be prepared after customer approval of the Preliminary plan and receipt of the Approved Tentative Plat. Please ensure all easements are noted on plat before the final plat submission.
