Land Split (1st Review)

TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 9, 2021

SECTION 2-08.0.0: LAND SPLIT

1. 2-08.2.0 – As this proposed land split as configured exceeds the number of splits allowed for a platted parcel. A minor subdivision is required.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please contact Elisa Hamblin at Elisa.Hamblin@tucsonaz.gov
08/09/2021 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The three existing houses are currently served by three 5/8-inch water meters located in Parcel C. How will the buildings on parcels A and B continue to have water service? Relocate two of the meters or provide easements?
2. The three existing buildings share a common connection to the public sewer. To continue with this arrangement, a recorded, joint sewer use agreement will be required.

Tucson water does not approve of the split.

Water meters for Parcel B and A will need to be relocated as they sit on Parcel C. The split will create remote water meters, and this is not allowed.

Meters need to be located on the parcel they are serving. Please contact New Services for information on relocation of existing meters.

2. Since this site is within a flood hazard area, a tentative and final plat are required for this land division.
