1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.F – Provide the heights of the exterior walls for the south and west elevations of the existing building so that perimeter yard setbacks requirements can be verified. Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the wall, see Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.4.5.b & Figure 6.4.5-A.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G Provide a lot coverage calculation the meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example provided on the requirements for residential plot plans found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.
