Final plats, block plats, minor subdivisions, and condominium plats shall be prepared according to the requirements provided below. Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.”
A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site.

1. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.E.1 – Provide the number of proposed lots in the title block, i.e. “LOTS 1 & 2”.

2. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.E.3 – Aa this plat is only a re-subdivision of a portion of Lot 12, Block 4 of Speedway View the title block should state this. Lot 12-A3 as shown on your plat was legally split off of Parcel 125-11-1400 under S17-024.

3. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H – Provide the subdivision case number, S21-045, in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block on all sheets.

Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed the plans submitted on November 1st, 2021, and has no objections at this time.

If revisions are needed to the current design - additional easements are required for TEP facilities. They will need to be obtained by separate instrument.

Please call the New Construction Department at 520-918-8300 to apply for service. Submit a final set of approved plans including electrical load and offsite improvement plans to determine how TEP will serve this development. If easements are required, they will be obtained by separate instrument. Removal or relocation of existing TEP facilities will be at the Developer’s expense.
